## VORTEX FLOW DYNAMICS // OPERATIONAL DIRECTIVES

By entering this domain, interacting with the Vortex user interface, or acquiring hardware drops, you are legally binding yourself to the parameters outlined below. Read carefully. Ignorance of the code is not an excuse.
### 01 // THE AGE GUARDRAIL (COMPLIANCE)
The Directive: This platform is engineered strictly for adult consumers. You explicitly affirm that you are 21 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your specific jurisdiction).
The Penalty: If the system detects identity falsification, your access token will be blacklisted, your orders will be permanently terminated without warning, and your profile will be locked from all future capsule drops.
### 02 // HARDWARE UTILIZATION & LIABILITY
The Directive: All Vortex merchandise, including borosilicate glass spirals and vented ceramic tips, are sold exclusively as artisanal rolling accessories and lifestyle collectibles.
The Clause: Vortex Flow Dynamics is not liable for what you choose to roll inside our hardware, nor are we responsible for any local, state, or federal legal infractions incurred post-delivery. Use the hardware responsibly. Know your local parameters.
### 03 // THE "DROP MATRIX" (NO REFUNDS / NO REGRETS)
The Directive: Because our drops (such as the Frog Poison Edition) are run in highly restricted, limited-volume capsule batches, all sales are final.
The Clause: Once an order enters the packing vault, the ledger is locked. We do not offer buyer-remorse refunds, exchanges, or order alterations. If your shipment arrives physically compromised or shattered via carrier transit, you must upload raw photographic evidence to our encrypted support node within 48 hours of delivery for a system override/replacement.
### 04 // BOT BLOCKING & RESELL PROTOCOLS
The Directive: We build hardware for creators and actual smokers, not scalper bots.
The Clause: Vortex reserves the right to use aggressive internal script filtering to detect automated checkout software. If our interface tags your checkout as a bot, your order is canceled, your funds are held for verification, and the stock is immediately fed back to the live public matrix.
